White Pepper

White pepper is processed by picking only fully ripen peppercorns and soaking them in water. By soaking, the outer skin of the peppercorn is removed. So when it dries, it won’t become black. Compared to black pepper, it has a very low heat level.

White pepper has almost all the benefits that we get from black pepper. Such as helping with weight loss, reducing blood sugar levels, etc. Therefore the only change here is the color.
