Sleep Tea

“Gotukola” has been used in Ayurveda medicine and by indigenous people of Sri Lanka for centuries. It has been tested and proven to reduce stress, sinus and catarrh ailments. It helps improve concentration, intelligence, memory power and sleep. It is known to aid older people in preventing memory loss and sleeping disorders.

Preparation:
Add a 2-3 tsp of powder to a cup of boiling water. Leave 10 minutes. Strain and Serve.
Drink twice a day after meals
