 Women’s Care (Ayuwedic Choorna)

Good for relief of menstrual disorders, excessive menstrual bleeding, vaginal and uterine infections and irritations, hemorrhoids’ and stomach pain during mensus. Helps strengthen the uterus walls during mensus.

How to use:

Add 2.5 grams of Choorna powder to a standard size tea cup or mug. Add boiling water to it and let it brew for about 5 mins. Strain and drink it hot or lukewarm to help relieve discomfort. Onece or twice a day before or after food or as directed by your ayurweda doctor.
