Jasmine Tea

Pure, unscented jasmine flower buds used as a healthy beverage on their own or mixed with black, white, or green tea. A comforting drink packed with antioxidants and minerals, sipping this is a great way to relax or for sleep and other linked health benefits, including;

Preparation:
Add 1 teaspoon to a cup. Add hot water. Wait for 5 minutes, strain, and serve.
